Our photobooth is simple to use—just step in, tap the screen, strike a pose, and your photos are ready within seconds. An attendant is always on-site to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.


We proudly serve the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area within a 50 mile radius.


 A minimum of about 8’ x 8’ of space is ideal for the booth, backdrop, and guests. We can adjust based on your venue. 


Yes, wi-fi is required.


Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes, depending on the booth and layout. We always arrive early to ensure everything is ready before your event begins. 


 Upon reviewing and signing your contract, you will receive a 50% deposit invoice through our billing system. This deposit is due upon receipt.  Your contract will be valid for a period of 5 days from the date it is issued. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due 3 days prior to your event.

For bookings made less than 10 days before the event, the full amount is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. However, we are happy to accommodate date changes when availability permits.


We understand that plans can change. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel after paying the remaining balance, only the balance (not the deposit) will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 3 days before the event. Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable in full, as preparations and staffing are already finalized.


 Yes, Signature Snap Photo Booth & Events is fully insured for all events. We carry liability coverage to ensure both our clients and our team are protected, giving you peace of mind while we capture your special moments.
